The Selsey Community First Responders are members of the local community trained by the South-East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) to respond to emergency calls through the 999 system in the area where they live or work. They are unpaid volunteers and the scheme is a non-profit making, self-funding service wholly supported by donations from the local community. Although manned by volunteers, it is still quite an expensive service to maintain. Therefore, we are very grateful to our Corporate Partners for providing and element of financial security. Bunn Leisure provides outstanding family holidays on the beautiful South Coast in Selsey, West Sussex and boasts a mile of beachfront, stunning views and more sunshine than anywhere else in the UK. Bunn Leisure has over 600 staff in the peak and can host in excess of 12,000 visiting guests at any one time, so the Selsey First Responders is a very important service for the wellbeing of both its staff and guests.
